Mr. Kent Lovelace, Jr. Chairman

Mr. Lovelace has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry, including mortgage banking, commercial lending, and real estate investment and development. Since 1975, he has served as President and CEO of Equitrust, and has invested in several venture capital opportunities over the years. In addition to his role as Chairman at the Company, Mr. Lovelace currently serves on the Board of Directors for various privately held companies. A member of the Rebel Chapter of the World Presidents Organization, Mr. Lovelace earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from The University of Mississippi.

James Timothy (Tim) Harvey, Chief Executive Officer

James T. (Tim) Harvey - Mr. Harvey has over 28 years of experience in creating and launching innovative technology based products and services as well as directing business functions responsible for generating commercial value from those investments for publically traded, global hotel corporations. Mr. Harvey served in the executive management position reporting to the CEO for the last 14 years with daily interaction on all strategic initiatives and corporate policies relating to other senior officers and members of the Board of Directors. Harvey has extensive experience using technology to provide revenue and expense synergies from business consolidations during his tenure in the hotel industry.

In 1995, Harvey began the executive leadership role as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Promus Hotels Corporation. In this role, Harvey launched “System21”, a Windows-based, fully-integrated technology solution – a revolutionary accomplishment in the hospitality technology. The award winning technology was deployed to over 1200 Hampton Inns, Homewood Suites, and Embassy Suites hotels in North America. This innovation was recognized in Bill Gates' book Business @ The Speed of Thought as a best demonstrated practice in the application of technology for business benefit.

From 1999 to 2007, Harvey served as Senior Vice President and CIO for Hilton Hotels Corporation where he led an effort to create and deploy a new enterprise hotel technology platform called OnQ to support a family of ten hotel brands in 3400 hotels in over 50 countries. Additionally, Harvey introduced new web based products focused on selling hotel accommodations to specific customer segments and business partners. In January, 2007, Harvey was named Executive Vice President - Shared Services and Chief Information Officer responsible for overseeing distribution, technology, guest loyalty, and other shared brand support services to the Hilton family of brands. He was responsible for areas that generated over $15 billion in annual revenue for Hilton's franchisees and owners around the world.

A Mississippi native, Harvey earned a bachelor of business administration from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi and received his masters of business administration in management from the University of Memphis. He is a member of the Management Information Systems and The Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality and Resort Management Advisory Boards for the University of Memphis and serves on the Delta State University Foundation Board of Directors.

Mr. Michael Sharp, President and Founder

Prior to founding BandTones in 2005, Mr. Sharp founded AMP3.com, which was a “sponsored content” music portal that brought millions of audio e-commerce ads to Mp3-downloaded files and provided record labels and musicians with a royalty for each download. At Woodstock ‘99, Mr. Sharp created the Emerging Artist Stage and provided fans with the opportunity to watch more than 30 AMP3.com artists in a worldwide Webcast. Mr. Sharp also has many years in the music industry, where he worked as a musician, songwriter, and record producer. As President of the Company, Mr. Sharp uses his broad industry knowledge to supervise overall mobile social strategy and daily operations of BandTones Technologies.

Mr. William Hagerman, Vice Chairman

Mr. Hagerman has many years of business experience in a variety of roles. Currently, he serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Dunavant Enterprises, which is a privately owned cotton merchant with offices on five continents. Mr. Hagerman is responsible for overseeing Dunavant's portfolio of U.S and international real estate investments, and he is also a member of its Executive Management Board and Risk Management Committee. He has also founded several companies, including a leading consulting engineering firm for industrial waste management and a Class C/hazardous and toxic waste disposal and treatment facility that was later sold to Waste Management. Mr. Hagerman's experience is essential to the Company, as he helps Mr. Sharp manage the overall operations. He earned a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Memphis.

Mr. Louis Baioni, Chief Financial Officer

With his strong accounting background, Mr. Baioni is highly capable of overseeing the financial aspects of BandTones. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Baioni was a Certified Public Accountant for Memphis-based accounting firm Minor and Moore for 13 years, Executive Vice President and Treasurer for Memphis Aerol, and Executive Vice President and CFO for Dunavant Enterprises for nearly 30 years. In 2000, Mr. Baioni was hired by Dunavant to establish an electronic cotton marketing Internet business and act as interim CEO. Mr. Baioni earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Delta State University.

Mr. Rod Underhill, Vice President

Professor Underhill-who is an adjunct professor of Music Licensing Law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California-has several years of experience in the technology arena. He co-founded Mp3.com and provides technology consulting services to several software and Web-based businesses, as well as having co-authored several technology books, including The Complete Idiot's guide to Mp3 and The Complete Idiot's Guide to Making Millions on the Internet. Professor Underhill also assists various startup companies achieve their goals, was profiled in Rolling Stone magazine, and has appeared on NPR.

Mr. Chris Coleman, Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Mr. Coleman has several years of expertise in software development and technology. He began his career teaching courses at a community college before moving on to O'Reilly Media, where he served as a Managing Editor for the computer book division. He has also managed his own Web and print magazine for computer enthusiasts and worked as a Research Consultant for the SCO vs. IBM case involving copyright infringement. Mr. Coleman also wrote the Special Hunt Permit drawing system for the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. He has used his experience in Internet telephone systems to develop and enhance technology for the Company's innovative systems.
